Welcome to NameHatch™, a product operated by Poast Ecommerce LLC, based in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. By accessing or using our website or app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use NameHatch™.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. Premium features are currently only available to users located in the United States.
2. Use of Service
NameHatch™ is a personal-use tool for couples to discover baby names together using swipe-based matching and AI-powered suggestions. You may not use the app for any commercial purposes without written permission.
3. Account Creation
Users may choose to create an account with a name, email, and password. A secure and unique ID is used to connect with a partner for shared match tracking. You are responsible for your password security. We are not liable for account breaches resulting from user negligence. We may assist with password resets as needed.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
NameHatch™ offers a free tier and a Premium plan at $7/month or $29 for 6 months. Prices may change at any time. We do not offer refunds. Promotional discounts or trial access may be provided during campaigns or via partnerships.
5. Data & Privacy
We collect limited personal data including name and email to operate the app. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. AI Output Disclaimer
Name suggestions and story insights are powered by AI and may not always be accurate. Use your own judgment in selecting or evaluating name ideas. We continually work to improve accuracy and user experience.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to abuse the platform, use bots or automation, scrape content, spam, or engage in any illegal or harmful behavior. Violating this may result in immediate suspension or deletion of your account.
8. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account, with or without notice, for any reason, including misuse, violations, or fraud.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of Poast Ecommerce LLC. You may not copy or redistribute any part of the app without permission. Sharing screenshots or discussing the app publicly is allowed and encouraged.
